Terms of Service

Payment Guidelines:• A 50% deposit is required to begin all commission work. If I’m unable to complete your commission, this amount will be fully refunded including any processing fees.
• The remaining balance is only due once the commission is finished and you’re happy with the outcome. Final files will be delivered after the last payment is received.Project Scope & Progress Updates:• You’re free to ask for updates or a video preview at any stage.
• I usually respond within 10 minutes to 7 hours, but please allow up to 48 hours during periods of unavailability.Cancellation & Refunds:If you decide to cancel the commission, the initial deposit is non-refundable. However, you'll still receive the unfinished work.
If more than 80% of the work has been completed, full payment is required in order to receive the files. I'm happy to complete the remainder if you'd like.
If I choose to cancel the commission, you'll get the current progress file free of charge, along with a full refund if one is due.Response & Communication Timelines:You can expect a reply within 48 hours unless otherwise noted.
If you haven’t heard back in that time, it may be due to illness or an emergency. Feel free to send a follow-up message every 12 hours if needed.Changes & Scope Adjustments:• Any alterations or additions to the original commission should be discussed in advance. This may impact the total cost.
• Consistent or major changes outside the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges or could result in the project being canceled.FINAL NOTICE:Failure to read these terms does not exempt you from following them.
• By commissioning me, you confirm that you understand and agree to all terms listed.
• In rare cases (hardware failure, illness, family emergencies, etc.), I may need to cancel. If that happens, you’ll receive the current progress version free, plus a full refund.
• I am not responsible for any delays caused by these situations.
